Q: I’ve just purchased a movie. How do I go about downloading now?
A: It’s simple. You may download it in two ways: by clicking the link with the name of the movie or cut&paste URL given in the box.
Q: How do I use FlashGet?
A: Once you’ve downloaded FlashGet, right-click the link in your History of Purchases and then click “Download with FlashGet”. Choose the folder in which you want to save the file and click “OK”.
Q: I successfully purchased and downloaded a couple of movies but when I try to play them on my PC they won’t work for some reason…

1. Download VLC media Player.
2. Install.
3. Run VLC.
4. Click File, and then choose Open File.
5. Click the Browse button at the top right of the Open dialog box that opens. Choose the file you would like to play and either double click it or click Open.

Q: I have downloaded some movies. But where are they? I can’t find the movie I downloaded on my PC even though the message said the download was complete. How do I get to them?
A: Whatever software you used to download movies, it asked where you want them saved before download began. You can try using “Search…” feature located under “Start” menu in Windows to locate files.
Q: I paid for the movie I wanted but my Internet connection suddenly broke in the middle of downloading process… Should I download it again? Will I be charged a second time?
A: No. You can find all your purchases together with download URLs in the History of Purchases. Please note that you can re-download movies from there without being charged twice within two weeks from the date of purchase.
Q: I am a little frustrated with your whole download procedure. Is it normal that the downloading process took me 3 hours to download!!!! Please advise.
A: A normal movie takes only about 60 to 120 minutes. Download time depends on the size of the file, your equipment and the speed of your Internet connection. We strongly recommend that you use FlashGet download manager which you can find in the Help section of the website (free of charge). It will give you better speed and it will be able to resume downloads if they stall.
Q: How do I burn your films on CD\DVDs?
A: There are many different software programs you can use to copy a movie to a CD\DVD. When you burn files on DVD using Nero, burn them as regular data files, do not choose “DVD Video” media type when asked. Use “ISO DVD” or “Data DVD” instead. Your player must support MPEG4/DivX/XviD video playback.
Q: Movies don’t have sound! What’s wrong?
A: It appears that you don’t have AC3 audio codec installed. If you are running Microsoft Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP, 2003 or Vista, please download and install codec pack from the Help section of the website (free of charge).
If you happen to be a Mac user, you have to find AC3 audio codec for Mac. Try this one:

Home video players switch between files automatically if files are in the same folder.
